We have four levels of Corporate Affiliate membership: 

Platinum (£9,000+VAT), Gold (£6,000+VAT), 

Silver (£3,000+VAT) and Bronze (£1,500+VAT).

Corporate Affiliate funding is used to deliver a wide range of important outreach activities, including:

  • Earth Science Week an annual celebration of geology. Last year 150 schools across the UK and Ireland received our free specially curated resource packs and sixty-two activities were held including a family science fair, guided fossil tour, volcano-themed quiz and interactive schools event  
  • Geoscience Education Academy, a free four-day CPD workshop providing an opportunity for geography and science teachers to consolidate their geological knowledge and stock up with teaching resources, classroom activities, presentations and ideas
  • Major policy reports, such as Geology for Society, responses to consultations and inquiries and briefing meetings on policy-relevant geoscience in the UK and internationally  
  • A wide range of careers events aimed at engaging young people with geology, including The National Schools Geology Challenge, the Early Career Geologist Award and careers day conferences in Edinburgh, Nottingham and London
